I just had my 60,000 mile oil change and tuneup. My service advisor, Josh Patterson, was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. He was very upfront about how long it would take and kept me informed. Upon inspection, the technicians found something else that needed to be repaired and Josh gave me the option of fixing it that day or coming back the next week. I am in the market looking for a new car and was pretty sure i am was wanting to get a vw for the safety ratings. Mark Long was a wonderful employee to work with. He took the time to show my wife and I the Atlas, the Atlas Cross Sport, the Tiguan and the ID.4 so we could make an informed decision about which vehicle we wanted to own. He was patient and answered all our questions and then Chase and Taylor took care of the rest. We're very pleased with our purchase!

I'd give Haley 5 stars. My overall star rating was reduced because the manager said I'd have the car transferred by a certain time but they didn't even leave to go get it until that day. Then the manager had also told me they could easily swap wheels, but was unavailable the day it was needed for approval. He also mentioned warranty service that was due and they would take care of as well. I appreciate the prompt service and results provided. Stepped in and talked to Masen Schneider recently. Shopping around for options at the moment. Had answers to all of my questions. Very knowledgeable on what Volkswagen offers and why we should choose a VW. Extremely tempting and will definitely have to stop in and see him again if we decide to get a Volkswagen. Never been a Volkswagen person, but Masen has made some compelling arguments.

Decent experience, but expected much more from the dealership after this being the third vehicle purchased in the past 4 years. Always have shied away from the back and forth, and the "let me check with my boss" types of interaction. If you can do it - great. If not - let's not prolong the process. He even got a colleague Moe's to help us when he had to take care of another customer. Moe was also very courteous & informative. Carlos in financing was also great to work with. The guys at this shop know a lot about VWs and are nice to work with. They are nothing like what people would describe as pushy car salespeople.
