I helped my son buying his first car alone. He didn’t know which vehicle he wanted or if definitely a VW. Michael was so helpful, knowledgeable and compared several vehicles with honest info and pointing out differences and options. My son chose a new Tiguan and Michael was great helping him get the deal he needed. Helpful, low pressure. The dealership was nice, bright, clean. Our finance person was helpful and non pressure. Overall it was a great experience!
