I would like to share a very positive experience my daughter and I at your dealership. Although this was my daughter’s second car to drive, it was her first to purchase on her own. She called ahead and visited with Lance and told him we were on our way to look at a certain car. When we arrived, Lance was waiting for us and greeted us very politely and professionally. That really relieved and relaxed Molly. Before we could even sit down, Lance guided us directly where he had the car ready for a test drive. After the test drive, Lance immediately offered us a cold beverage as he walked us to his desk. I was just so impressed with how thorough Lance was throughout this process and how much he took the anxiety out of a first time car buyer. Very impressed and very professional. She was able to purchase the car and absolutely loves it. Great job, Lance.
