Was out of town and hit a huge pot hole that blew out my tire and messed something up with my air bag. Went in to Brandon Tomes Volkswagen before leaving town to try to get it fixed. I worked with Garrett who was extremely nice and helpful. They had to order a part so I ended up leaving my car there. Garrett took very good care of me and put me in a loaner vehicle so I could get home and back and forth to work until mine was ready.

We picked up a new car for my mom last week, and Bobby Heck was fantastic to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process smooth and efficient. We never felt rushed, and he was respectful of our time from start to finish. Highly recommend working with Bobby if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

5 star service so far - especially from Dacota! I’ve been to this dealership intermittently over the years and I’ve never had such a thorough check-in. All the employees I crossed paths with greeted me or held the door open, but Dacota immediately sensed an issue with my car and she checked the oil level right away. She assisted in applying a coupon and walked me through previous recalls that were taken care of - she went through the itemized pricing and details of each line item as well. My car is still getting worked on, but initial experience has been fantastic. Thank you, Dacota!
