This is my second time purchasing a VW from Brandon Tomes in MckinneyTx . My first was a 2023 new VW Atlas and now I bought my son a 2021 VW ID 4 . James Pittman was our sales person . James is very polite and not pushy when selling cars which I like that in a sales person . He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions . We had a few issues with our purchase which he was on stop of the situation and made sure we were taken care of. He is a honest and kind person which I will do business with in the future . I’ve never left a review on a car salesman before so this should speak for itself 😊

Came in for a oil change and tire rotation. The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable in oil quality and radiator fluid conditions. Got me in and out in a reasonable time. Even installed my wiper blades that I brought in free of charge. Only cost about $130 for both. Complimentary wash as well. I recommend coming here if you want great service for your VW.

Mike- Michael was easy and great to work with from the get go. Will definitely see him again if I need another car in the near future!

Very pleased with my stop at this Volkswagen location. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the selection was great.

I have one of my front right door hinge bolt come lose and making clicking noise. So I went to Brandon Tomes VW dealership after work and talked to a service advisor name Joe. He is very nice and willing to help me even though it is close to their closing time which is 7pm. He provide me with free inspection as they normally do and help me tightened the lose bolt in the door hinge and also give me a free car wash all with in 20 minutes. That's what I call a great customer service. That you Joe for your enthusiasm and wellingness to help. I am a satisfied customer.

Can’t thank Aiden enough for making leasing my new Taos a smooth process. He was patient, kind, and worked hard to get me the best possible deal. I’m very happy with the customer service from texting with Jerry the GM, to making a deal with Aiden, and even closing out with finance. These guys really listen to what you want and do their best to get you there. I could only make it after work and was the last customer there. I never felt anything but taken care of and even shared some laughs along the way. 10/10 would recommend.
